Teacher Tips:

1. To expedite the process, run Aeries report "Students without Student or Parent email addresses," pull as excel document and then copy and paste each email address into the appropriate "Invite Guardian" field.
2. If you use "Send Emails" in Aeries, you can choose your guardian list by class, copy that list from the "To:" field, and paste into a Google Contact group (name appropriately) within your Gmail. Once you have them in your Google contacts, they populate in Google Classroom when you state typing the first two letters of the email address in the "Invite Guardians" field.​​​​​​
